Each generated image counts once against your monthly limit. Drafting takes a minute or two while the tool writes and renders each post.

This is what the tool has learned about how this client likes their posts, distilled from the feedback you give when you regenerate a post. It is injected as style guidance into every future generation, so the posts get closer to what they actually want over time. It is style only: it can never relax the compliance no-go rules, which are enforced on every post regardless of what is here. Edit or prune anything that overlearned, then Save. One preference per line.
Learned look and feel
This is what the tool has learned about how this client likes their posts to look: photos versus branded text cards, the visual tone, preferred and avoided imagery, and the card style. It steers the image pipeline on every generation so the look converges on what they want. Same rules: design preferences can never relax compliance. Any rule that would break a no-go (patient faces, AI photos of people) is dropped on save.
Saved defaults for this client. The Generate form and calendar slot times start from these so nobody re-enters them every week. Agency staff can also adjust this client's monthly AI-generation cap.
Edit copy, hashtags, channel and the date/time slot inline. Each post defaults to a slot across the week. When the week looks right, hit Approve. Approving is the human authorization gate: it locks the posts and schedules them. Nothing publishes until you approve.
To change a post, type what you want different in its "What to change" box, then hit Regenerate on that card, or use "Regenerate flagged posts" to redo all flagged at once. Posts you leave untouched are kept as is. Each regeneration counts against your monthly AI generations.
